How can I use Ultra Power Saving Mode?

Ultra Power Saving Mode

Hello

I have (or had) a note 4 which is (or was) my pride and joy.
Unfortunately, on a night out its found its way out of my pocket.

My battery was low which resulted in my activating the ultra power saving mode leaving the device with no internet connectivity. My question is this, if the device is in UPSM and the device is restated, will it still be in UPSM when it boots back up?

Without the devices feature enable, I am unable to track it from my google account.

If anybody has a Note 4, could you perform the test for? or if anyone has any information about it.
