How can pair my S5 to a Bluetooth device?

Cannot get s5 mini to pair with bluetooth device...but it worked in the past!!

I have a samsung s5 mini. I paired it to a bluetooth speaker system (Juice Bar). It worked fine.
I subsequently wanted to pair the Juicebar to another phone in our house, so I told the s5 mini to 'forget device'...which it did...but, I've been unable to pair the devices since!!

The s5 finds the juicebar speaker system and gets to the point where you plug in the PIN number (1234) to pair the phone and speaker. However, it just will not connect and comes up with an error 'Cannot connect to Juicebar'.

Given that I can still pair the speaker system with an iPhone from scratch (i.e. the pairing can work) and that I've previously had the speaker paired to the S5 mini...I don't know where the error is.

Has anyone any experience or help with this problem.

I've been into App manager and cleared the cache and settings under Bluetooth, restarted the phone and deleted the cache...still no joy.

Thank you.

It's a pity you didn't get the answer to this question. My samsung S4 was sent off for some minor repair & had paired fine with my juicebar before, but when I got it back, try what I could it would not pair. Just like you it sees the juicebar, I input the code & then the screen says 'unable to connect'. They must have pressed something in the phone during repair that prevents a connection. The phones bluetooth works fine as it pairs with other speakers but the juicebar is the handiest speaker I have & the one I use the most but now I cannot use it at all. The one difference to you is that I can't make the phone forget the device & retry a new pair as no cog comes up beside the juicebar to allow me to do this. If you or anyone has overcome this problem an answer would be much appreciated.
