How come games will not install even though I have enough space?

I have 2.50 GB on my SD Card and 250 MB on my phone (memory is lower because of some gmail glitch).

Anyways, I can't install a 4.50 MB game that I paid $4.99 for. It's keeps saying couldn't install on phone or SD Card.

Can someone explain please? I thought GB is bigger than MB so why wouldn't my game install? This makes NO SENSE!!!

Try restarting your phone and attempt to reinstall the game. GB is bigger than MB.
