How come i cant download from Market lately?

last few days every time i try to download from Market it just says starting download, but when i put APK onto SD card and install with Astro it downloads in seconds? Also i have been using wifi and regular 3G with no isssues. Not sure what is the reason

ive been having instances of weird download issues too..
i just wait a while and come back.. servers are probably bogged or something.
