how could i fix the error unfortunately the google play services has stopped?

My tablet has a problem that it continually displays a message that unfortunately the google play services has stopped. I have tried almost every methods like emptying cache, force stop, reset app preference, and signing again into the google account. But still the problem exist. And also the image folders from the gallery disappears automatically after i rebooted my tablet. I have tried my best to restore them. My bad luck i couldn't. Can you please solve my problem???

Have you tried clearing cache AND data?

Also, have you tried changing the settings in Date & Time?
