Go to the market and lookup "sense analog clock" by Factory Widgets. You should get a handfull of results. Look in the item description and it will list all these details that most of us (myself included) seemed to over look.

I've got BattStatt running and it brings up a small list of various information when you tap the widget.

If you tap the very edge of the bottom left of the clock/weather widget, it will bring up the quick info screen just as you describe.
Name of widget is "3d digital weather clock"
