How did I do this?

I did an absent minded swipe as I picked my phone up and this box popped up. I wasn't looking so I'm not sure how I did it and I haven't been able to duplicate it. Any thoughts?

Figured it out. Tapping the lower left of the sense analog clock I have on my home screen brings it up.
