How do calls get past being blocked ???

I have a OnePlus 9 Pro 5G cell phone... How do calls get around being blocked, I'll have a block on it but I get calls from them even though they are blocked...and is there a way to fix this...

That's strange I would report that to one plus , have you tried DND?

How are you blocking the numbers -- using the Phone or Contacts app on the phone, or some carrier-specific app or feature?
