How do I a use slimport cable with the lg g3 vigor?

I recently purchased a slimport cable but when I connect to my tv nothing shows up on the tv screen and I just get the little notification at the top of my phone that says it's charging. Any tips?

Where did you get the Slimport adapter from? If it was a cheap or no-name product, it's possible that there are compatibility issues.

It's also possible that your model isn't officially supported. I think I had responded to one of your prior posts saying that it was supported, but that was taken from a review. The official SlimPort support page doesn't list your phone's model (D725): SlimPort supported devices

If slimport doesn't work , just cast to your tv using a Chromecast.
