How do I access my phone on my tablet?

Hi. My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone screen got destroyed and all I can see is the notification bar. The rest is black. Is there anyway I can use Sidesync or some other program to still use my phone through my tab 3? I would prefer not to have to use a computer, but I'm desperate. Thanks!
