How do I access S memos when screen isn't working?

I have several memos in the S memo app on my S7. The screen has stopped working and I need to be able to access ths memos. I have tried connecting the S7 to my PC and copying the memo files across to my new phone, and I've also tried downloading the S memo data from my Samsung account into S notes. Both times, the data that I get is from when the notes were originally created and I cannot access the most up to date version of the memos. My Samsung account says the phone was backed up right before the screen broke so I don't understand why the memo data is old! Can someone help?

Maybe the recent memos didn't get backup when the screen broke that's why you have the old ones.
