How do i access the recently used apps screen

So my phone fell and the lower left corner is the most affected area... Because of that i can't access the recently used apps screen to easily switch to different apps and close apps i just want to know if there is an alternate way to access the recent apps screen???

Welcome to the forums. I think your best option is using a custom launcher, like Nova, or any other app that let you create a widget to open the recent apps.

I know there are a few apps that can remap buttons or add additional functions. Don't remember the app name but I had one on my Note 4 that allowed me to set up a double tap function on my home and capacitive buttons. I used it to open the camera but an app like that should give you what you need.

Open settings, accessibility, dexterity and interaction, enable assistant menu.

It gives a floating icon that gives you a number of ways to control the phone, recent apps is in it. I just tested this on my Verizon S7 with Oreo.

Closing apps is easy - use the back button when you're in the app.

Recently used apps? If the launcher rotates, turn the phone around.

Tnx for the help guys i did the assistant menu thing and i'm sticking with it until i get my bottom screen touchpads fixed
