How do I access unused space on microsd

Have an 8Gb microsd. Using Honeycomb v04 so I converted the unallocated space to a FAT32 partition as recommended. My problem is that I cannot see the nook color in windows explorer so I'm not sure how I can access the volume in order to transfer music/video files from my PC?

Just use a card reader to transfer the files to the memory card no?

Doesn't work. Card reader only sees the boot partition which has the honeycomb image. I can't see the unused FAT32 partition.
