how do I activate auto restart

I cannot find the option to set up auto restart. I go to the right screen under options but it isn't even available to me I even search for auto restart and when I select it is just go to this page. I tried turning on developer mode and still nothing. Anybody know what I should do?

It was probably taken out by the carrier. I know my verizon note 5 doesn't have that option.

The Auto Restart option was removed by Verizon or Verizon did not want to pay Samsung for it however this screwy system between OEM and Carrier works.
