Well not much info to go on there but basically first if its a prepay make sure you've got credit . contract , make sure your paid up . THEN what your after is having " use cellular data " and " WiFi " both active . there should be icons on the top right of your screen once this is achieved . you'll have to get into setting's to do this . I don't know your phone but a lot of androids you can just swipe the screen up or down or just open all programs find settings ,go to those particular ones and turn them on . just touch them and they should turn green . hope that helps

check on data usage under mobile setting, enable it. and also check wireless and network > mobile network > data enable and choose correct network operator.
