How do I add custom text to home screen? S6 Verizon

where is there a setting for me to add custom text to the home screen such as 'if phone is found please call X phone number' ? I know it is somewhere in settings but I cannot find it

Goto lock screen and security >show information >owner information, then type in what you want.
