How do I add extra exercise into my S Health app

Today a swam for half an hour after lifting weights. Before its recent update I was able to add these activities through the exercise mate option. Can't find that or a means of entering exercise (other than running, walking, hiking or cycling).

I preferred the original app before this recent update.

Go into system settings > applications > sort by all > S Health. Clear the cache and try entering the exercises again. Let us know how that goes.

Im having the same issues. I went to the gym and did a whole bunch of legs and abs and I cant enter in my information. Im sorry bit this update sucks.

Hi. I lost over a weeks data when S Health and my Gear 2 stopped talking to each other, so now I have blank days in my S Health record. The problem is now fixed. I kept a paper record of the steps on my gear and so is there any way I can manually enter that data for the missing days ? Thanks.

Really disappointed in this app. Are you kidding me? No foresight to enter data manually? I don't run with my phone. I don't swim with my phone, etc. Just find a way to let us enter workout information within the app.

Press "manage items" --> in the exercise trackers press "view more" --> enable "Aerobics" --> return to the main screen.

Now you can add manual calories or duration by pressing "aerobics" then "enter data".

I can't input or edit activities. I am on call 24/7 so I have my phone on me when I mow, with a riding mower, it counts those 5 miles as steps. Also I do a lot of physical activities, example, yesterday I moved 7 tons of gravel with a shovel and a wheelbarrow, it got counted as normal steps for the day, and only at rest calorie burn. I should be able to add these activitie categories, and add them as workout.

I am unable to add any extra exercises to my Samsung Health anymore. I have tried some of the options said on this thread, but they aren't available as people have said. Anyone else got any other ideas please on how to input extra exercises?
