How do I add to drop box from my phone?

Do I need to create a drop box folder in my internal memory?

You do everything from within the app. Open Dropbox press the menu button and choose new folder. It will add that folder in what ever folder you are currently in. So if you want to add a folder in your public folder, you will tap on the public folder. When it opens, press on the menu button and choose new folder. The folder will be created in the public folder.
