If you have certain carriers these two things will be backed up in the cloud. You can use apps like MY BACKUP PRO to backup everything to the sd card or to your computer. Other apps will do the same thing! If you backup to the sd card, copy the sd card to your computer for safe keeping so if you drop your phone or loose it or if the sd card becomes corrupt you will have it all backed up.
