How do I boost the volume on my Verizon LG G2 headphones?

Headphone volume is inversely proportional to the impedance of your headphones

But even after you turn up the volume, the G2 will turn down your headphone volume at random times.

This is the only issue I have with the G2.. and I hate it with the passion of a thousand suns

Verizon and LG.. we own our phones, give us the power to put out whatever volume we want.

It's not legal liability at all - not one person received a payout from Sony for the walkman.

This was put in place simply because LG is incompetent. They can't intellectually comprehend that people could actually listen to podcasts.. if the podcast is recorded at a low volume, you need to turn up the volume on this phone to hear the file.

Apparently at LG, the G2 is only used to listen to Metallica.

If you've rooted the G2 you can use ES file explorer to easily boost headphone and speaker volume.
