How do I bypass the FRP on my ZTE Grand X3?

I cannot seem to bypass the frp on my grand x3 because long pressing the setting button on the keyboard can't b done. There's no option for me to change the keyboard nor when I manually set up the WiFi connection to proxy etc, the connect button is grayed out. Please help?

FRP was not designed to be bypassed, and we won't help someone do that here as it's a security feature.

We don't normally discuss attempts to bypass FRP, so you'll have to explain fully what it is you're trying to do and why, before we'll consider answering.

I have my email for the for that goole an phone forgot my password i have email an it still wont let me in i sent to recover email an to the phone number still wont work . it is kill n me kinda mad new phone help
