How do i change backround from white back to black

Can't read my galaxy s5 screen.how do I change my background from white to black like my s3 had.

It happened when a software ( in my case AT&T) upgrade came down yesterday. Don't they ck this crap out before it's sent to us?

According to AT&T it came in a upgrade from Google and so it is what it is.

If you really cannot live with the white background or are visually impaired, try...

Settings > Accessibility > Vision > Negative colours (check the box)
