How do I change my date and time on my Gear S2 (A83C)?

[Android Central Question]

I've tried everything I found online, and nothing works. The date is Wednesday 31st 2019 and the time is 9:15PM on a Los Angeles time zone, while the actual time is 2:19PM on a Wednesday October 2nd, same time zone. I can't find any options to change the time which is pretty infuriating. The watch is from T-Mobile if that helps.
