How do I change my Galaxy S6 status from custom to official?

Wi-Fi & hotspot won't work at all. I bought this phone from Ebay & they swear it was brand new. They wouldn't take it back or help me. Samsung had no good ideas. I really hope someone can help. I've been trying to fix this for a month!
