How do I change the chat bubbles on the galaxy s8

I saw someone customize there s8 messages but I don't have the same option that he does. So how do I change the background, bubbles,or font?

I think you have to apply a theme from the themes store. I know that will do it, just not sure if there's another way.

Background is an option in settings, font seems to be system-wide. You used to be able to change the bubble in app but now you have to download a theme. There are lots of free ones. You could create a theme as well.
