AC Question

I live in Cameroon - West Africa & recently acquired a foreign phone. I turn it on & it has no connectivity. I can neither make calls, receive messages or even use the Wi-Fi. The following message appears when I turn the phone on;
"You have lost connectivity because you left your home network with data roaming turned off". What do I do?

Go to setting via the app drawer or swipe down, then go to Cellular Networks, turn roaming off then back on, check preferred network type and make sure it's on 4G LTE (also try 3G, if you can't get everything working under 4G), take a peak under APN settings and see if your carrier is listed there, you MIGHT need to add their settings, which you can get from them, OR maybe an internet search. :)

also my phone does not charging anymore,it say"your battery is under temperature, anyone can help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Have you tried using a different cord? Have you tried using both a wall charger AND using your computer to charge? Also try different USB ports on the PC/Mac if you are using the front ports try the back, if the back, try the front. Also to you have access to wireless charging? IF you have the correct back, then the Note 4 can charge wirelessly. Lastly maybe it needs a repair? Might be time to contact Samsung.

Welcome to Android Central! From where did you get this phone, and what carrier is it on? Did you get your own SIM card and insert it, or are you using some SIM card that was already in the phone?
