How do I change the voice mail message on my Galaxy s5 phone?

I already have a voice mail message. I will be going away and I want to change my message to say exactly that.

That will be dependent on your carrier's voicemail system. Just call your voicemail from your phone (I press and hold the number "1") and then listen to the prompts.
