How do I clear cache

I have received a message tell in me that touch wiz has stopped working and I need to clear my cache

Go settings>apps tap >search for Samsung home or touch wiz and tap >storage clear data,cache and force stop.
This will erase home screen set-up

Or go into recovery and do a cache clean .

Which Samsung phone?
