How do I clear my email inbox?

I can't seem to find a way to clean my inbox out on my new HTC Desire 610.

If you want to get rid of all your emails, the easiest way is to go to the webmail site for the account, or use a PC email program. Many of them will allow you to choose "all" and then delete, so it'll take a few seconds.

If you only want to clear the phone's email, set the retrieval interval to 2 weeks, or however long back you want to see emails. Archive anything older than that and either save the archive or delete it. (You can restrict the distance in the past (retention time) the phone will retain emails, but you can't have different emails on the phone and in the account itself - what's on the server is in the phone, back to the retention time you set.)
