How do I connect a Samsung Tab e to a Samsung smart tv without a wifi network?

[Android Central Question]

I have a vacation home in Vermont and my house doesn't have wifi. I would like to be able to connect my Tab e, where I have downloaded movies from Netflix, to the (smart) tv, however, the Tab e doesn't appear to support screen mirroring or casting and it sounds like I can't get a cable to do the job either. Please advise. Thank you very much.
