Assuming you want both audio and video you need to see if there is an HDMI converter for your particular phone. If you just want audio get an analog cable to connect from your headphone jack on the phone to an AUX input on the receiver.

Some older receivers from Onkyo won't support Android (only ipods and iphones), so you might be out of luck if you try to use the USB port; however, you can still get a cable that has a male 3.5mm into your android and a red and white cable on the other end to attach to your receiver. I hooked mine up to the TV port (you can choose which you like) and it works great.
