How do I connect my Gear live to my computer without authorizing via phone?

how to connect gear live to computer without authorizing via phone

i was updating my gear live and it stopped in the middle. currently it won't pair with my phone since it is not broadcasting a bluetooth id. i can get it into recovery mode, but my computer sees the device but it is not authorized so I can send new rom through ADB. any suggestions.
