How do I create a mobile data button on notification bar or home menu on the Galaxy S5?

Have a Galaxy S5 and it is very cumbersome and time consuming to find the Mobile Data turn on/off button. Is there any way to have one in the notification bar or home menu like I did on my old Galaxy S3?

Settings/display/notification panel/ then arrange the order by holding on the mob data symbel and move to the 1st 4 items
