How do i Create a ROM back-up/ recovery for my SPH-L720T with 4.4.2

I rooted my phone and want to have a recovery before I get a new ROM. I have tried MAD Manager but its not showing a recovery. I have seen and tried some of the other ROM apps listed in this forum but none seem to support this phone

I downloaded an app from play called rashr. It is like ROM Manager, but allows CWM and TWRP, and I think Philz.
