how do I create folders

I must be crazy because I cannot figure this out... How do I create folders on my home screens on my Galaxy Nexus? I'm gonna feel dumb when I find out the answer...

Drag one app icon on top of another.

Boom goes the dynamite.

Also when you are viewing the folder, touch on the name to edit it.

You can also create folders in the static icons on the bottom row.

thanks everyone... I knew it would be something simple. I wonder what was wrong with the long press/ folder function from the old droid...

I can create the folder by pressing an empty space on screen, but I doesn't work when I drag an app onto another...
