How Do I Customize my Reject Call With Message options

I'm trying to customize my Reject Call with Message options when someone calls me. I've been all over the settings and I can't find it anywhere. Please help.

Or when someone calls, slide up the reject with message tab, then u can use those or compose a new one.

Wow that was a weird place to put them. Thank you so much! It was driving me crazy. I think samsung canned responses are way to impersonal.

To add, edit or delete them, you must be in the main message screen where it shows all your messages to your contacts. If you have a individual contact selected, you can only select a current reject message.

I tried the messages fix but couldn't see my options when a call came in. I then went to phone...more...Block calls...reject messages...and could type in a message there to reject calls with

That is the only thing I hate about Android, having used iOS for 4 years. The settings are haphazard, to say the least!
