how do i decrypt encrypted texts and where are they coming from?

im using a samsumg j3 verizon network, verizon messaging app but also have allo and vouce/hangouts instlled. keep seeing encrypted texts FROM ME, that i havent sent or written. DYING TO KNOW WHAT THEY SAY!!!! they are from someone called Udj which I have seen somewhere else idk where and they are just numbers and letters no symbols except a random - here and there. any help would be welcomed!! and im not very tech savvy, well i am but not, dont know alot of tech terms and stuff

Sounds to me like spam. Although standard message encryption does jumble things, it shouldn't appear that way on your end. Unless you're communicating in code with a friend, those messages are likely spam.
