How do I delete a photo from autobackup

There was a photo on my HTC Evo 4g that I had taken and deleted. Somehow, via auto backup, it ended up on two of my kids' Samsung tablets. I would like to remove it from their devices and keep it from being "out there". Where is it backed up to and how do I get rid of it once and for all?

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably in your Google+ Photos. Go to your Google+ Photos on your computer browser, then select Album view, and look for the backed up photos. Delete the ones that you don't want. On your kids' tablets, go to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], and uncheck Picasa, Gallery, and/or Google Photos. For good measure, go to the App Manager on their tablets, select Gallery, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. The next time Gallery is opened, the database will rebuild, and it should be without those photos that were in the cloud.
