How do I delete contacts from Navigation app?

Hi,

After linking my hotmail account to my Google account the Navigator app on my Nexus 7 has randomly picked two of my friends and added them as contacts. For some reason, it thinks one of my friends in Kent now lives on a remote farm in Scotland!

I've cancelled the link to my hotmail account in Google and deleted all data from the Google Search, Google+ and Maps apps on my Nexus 7.
But I still have the two random contacts in my Navigation app.

Is there any way I can delete these?

Have you tried clearing the cache for each app in the N7 settings?

Hi MJ,

I cleared the data for every Google app I could find, but no joy. Are there other apps I should clear as well?

go to contacts here and see if those two contacts has been synced to gmail. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#contacts
if, yes, delete them. if not, clear data/cache of Google maps app. Navigation is part of google maps, so clearing maps will clear navigation data
