How do I delete junk on my Samsung Galaxy CE0890 without it affecting my data

I keep getting a message that I am running out of space and have manually deleted all I want to delete, how do I clean up everything without it affecting my data

Welcome to Android Central! "CE0890" isn't a model number. Which Samsung device do you have? Look in the Settings>About Device menu under Model Name/Number.

If you have a device with very little internal storage (and 16 GB these days is considered very little, since after accounting for the OS and various uninstallable Samsung bloatware, the user typically only has about 9-10 GB available) then there may not be much "junk" you can clear out to make more space. You might just have to uninstall some of your larger apps.

Certain messaging apps can build up a huge cache (notably Telegram and Kik), so check those apps in Settings>Apps to see if they're taking up a lot of space.
