How to disable notification flash depending on time of day

Is there an app or setting that I can use to disallow the blinking notification light on my phone during certain hours? At night all my phone does for hours on end is blink due to me receiving emails, etc and I'd like to not be notified during those hours via this constant blink.

Thanks in advance for any info!

For reference, I have a G2 with KitKat.

Light Flow is a pretty simple way to do this.

I use Light Manager which also does other neat things with the notification lights
