How do i disable the blue touch dot on s8+

With my s8+ in my pocket it has turned on a weird setting that makes a blue dot wherever and when i touch screen how do i switch of

If you have Developer Options enabled, there's a setting for exactly this. Could you have turned this on by mistake?
