How do I download my pics from my HTC EVO to my computer? This should be easier but it is apparently not. All help is appreciated.

1. Plug your phone into your computer via the provided sync / charge cable.
2. On the phone, you'll be prompted to choose how you want to connect. Choose hard drive.
3. Access your files as you would from any external media device.
