How do I download ringtones to galaxy 4s

I have found a ringtone that I want to use as my text received sound on my Galaxy 4s. It was able to text it to myself but I can't find any way to save it to sounds or choose it as a ringtone.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

If you managed to text the file to yourself you should be able to find the file in your "Download" folder

It would probably be best to send it to yourself via email.

On my SD Card I have separate folders for Ringtones and Notifications. My phones then detects which folder if appropriate for each app I'm using
