AC Question

I downloaded a song from iTunes onto my Samsung Galaxy S6. Now, I want to assign this song as my wife's personal ringtone, but I want the song to start at a certain part of it, 1 minute and 35 seconds to be precise. However, my phone only gives me the options of 1) Playing from the Beginning or 2) Playing a Highlighted portion of the song, which randomly selects a certain spot, the same spot and a spot I did not choose, every time I select Highlight.

My question, is there a way to edit this song in the way I have described above? To be exact: I select Ringtone in Settings, then I select Media Storage when a pop-up at the bottom appears saying "Complete action using..." and gives me a choice of Media Storage or Zedge. I scroll all the way down the ringtone list and select "+ Add ringtone," and again that pop-up appears but this time it is asking if I want Sound Picker, Cloud, or Zedge. I select Sound Picker, which takes me to a list of other songs and this is where I have the problem with trying to edit the song.

Thanks to all who have read this.
