How do I enable flashing notification light on Pixel 2?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to ​Settings>Apps>Notifications>Blink Light.

And if you've ever used a Samsung, be warned - the Pixel uses a tiny little LED, not the big, easy-to-see Samsung type. (I almost never notice when mine flashes for something. It's like a single pixel on the screen flashing in almost the same color as the background for all it does. My one complaint about the Pixel 2.)
