how do I enable hotspot

I have a Energy 2 and like to know how to use the HOTSPOT capabilities on it.
 
You should just be able to turn it on. Is hotspot supported by your carrier?
 
Can you find the option to turn it on? Does your wireless plan include tethering? You typically have to pay a fee to use the hotspot feature.
