I recently purchased a OnePlus 12 from Amazon. Those a-holes, instead of providing the US model, sent an Indian model. The first thing this meant was that I had to get a SIM card.

Now, I am trying to figure out how to enable WiFi calling. Searching on-line suggests:
  • Open the Settings app
  • Navigate to Mobile network.
  • Select the specific SIM card
  • Enable Wi-Fi Calling via the switch
Problem: The Enable Wi-Fi Calling switch does not exist on my phone. What the heck can I do to enable WiFi calling?

For what it's worth, this is often the case. I'm guessing you went with one with an almost too good to be true price, and it would have specified the exact model number somewhere in the listing. It's not illegal to do this as long as it's disclosed, and are referred to as grey market purchases.

Being a model meant for another country, it's possible there is no Wi-Fi calling function, or it is hidden. I know on my Sony phone, I had to download a couple of apps to spoof the dialer app and enable debugging to access the Wi-Fi calling option. It works, but it's not directly accessable.
