How do I enter the network unlock code in ZTE Blade T2 Tracfone (simple mobile)?

I bought a Simple Mobile Tracfone brand new on ebay, and I bought an unlock code from an ebay seller. The phone is ZTE Blade T2, carrier is Simple Mobile.

When I put the H2O sim card in this phone, it says "Invalid sim", but no option to enter unlock code. I have tried some of the manual ways to bring up the phone on the dial pad, and none of them did anything.

So I just want to know; is there some secret to getting the unlock screen to enter the network unlock code on this ZTE Blade T2 from Tracfone on Oreo 8.1?

Have you tried restarting the phone ? See if it prompts you to enter a code
