How do I export a playlist

I want to export a single playlist I made in Play Music to a non-android device. Is this possible or is it imprisoned in a proprietary format?

The play list is a data file in the format that the app uses, so a play list for Play Music wouldn't work in Windows Media Player, so there's no reason to export it.
